People at the Pines of Delray West are very friendly, there are lots of things to do and the grounds look great. The community includes a clubhouse, a 60' x 30' heated pool, an exercise room, a library room, and a community room. Sports activities include bocce ball, pickleball and tennis. Also included in your 2022 monthly condo fee are fully funded reserves, water & sewer and starting August 1st 2022 fiber optic cable, high definition service AND in-unit WIFI will be included. The condo fee also covers roof repair and replacement, exterior painting, parking area paving and all lawn care services.
